Return Policy

Products can be returned to Kanto Systems for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the product was purchased directly from our website. Any returned products must contain all original packaging and contents.

We ship for free but we cannot pay for the cost of return shipping. You are responsible for shipping the product back to us and are responsible for packing it in such a way that it arrives intact. Please remember to include a copy of the proof of purchase as well.

In the case you receive something other than what you ordered due to a shipping error, we will gladly exchange that product for the correct item and pay any additional shipping charges as long as it was purchased from our website and it is returned in its unopened original packaging. If the mix-up was due to user error (i.e. ordering the wrong length or product by accident), we will do an exchange* as long as the product was purchased from our website and it is returned in its unopened original packaging.
